We are almost two weeks into 2013 and I have to ask you, how are you doing with your New Year's resolutions? Did you make many of them on New Year's Eve? How many of them are you still working on? A few? Great! If not, not to worry. Keep making progress on those that are still active for you! For those that you have dropped, drop them and stop worrying about the 'hang over' from dropping them.

It always amazes me how much pressure we put on ourselves at the beginning of every year to make changes. Wouldn't it be easier to make changes as we go throughout the year as we need to. Why do we have to wait until the beginning of the year to make changes?
