What if everybody was “great”? Can everybody be “great”? Being “great” depends mainly on what “great” means to you. Are you measuring “greatness” against society, or are you measuring “greatness” against what is truly in your heart? I believe that most of us measure “greatness” against what society believes “greatness” to be. In that measurement, “greatness” is being the best athlete in the word, or the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, or the President of the United States, and if you are not, then you are not “great”.

But, look inside you, are you drawn to be the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, or are you just the CEO of your household? You can be both, but deep inside of you, there is something that you are drawn to do and feel into what that is. If it is to be just the CEO of your household, would that be enough for you? Are you afraid of being criticized for just being the CEO of your household? Are you afraid that people look at you and say, “That’s it? That is all that you are?” Look inside and if you get a “yes”, then stand up and tell them “YES!” Tell it right to their faces and be proud of what you are here to do.

But, if you get a “no”, then you need to look inside and find out what you are hiding from. What are you afraid of becoming? What are you here to do in this life time? And, if you are not certain, look for help. There are many people out there that can help you move forward to find your “YES!”, your desire, your passion, your dream – and it will be yours, not theirs, or anybody else’s. Yours! Are you ready to find it? Then go for it. If you are not ready, that is ok too. The people who really care about you will love you anyway and be ready to help you when you are ready to move forward.

You can be GREAT! It is inside of you, you only have to look and you will find it.
