Something old and something new! About ten years ago, I used to do a weekly Monday morning meditation called Kick Start Your Week and now, it feels like the right time to revive that meditation. I started doing Morning Calm shortly after the COVID-19 lockdown and as I am approaching Day 100, I am starting to feel that I need to shift from a daily meditation to a weekly meditation and thus bring Kick Start Your Week back and make it new again seems like the right shift.

Like Morning Calm, Kick Start Your Week will be a 10 to 15 minute meditation live at 8:30 am EDT. Instead of being daily, Kick Start Your Week will only be on Monday mornings. You do not need to be live to get the benefits from Kick Start Your Week, so listen whenever you can and if you are benefiting from it, please share with other who might. Kick Start Your Week will begin on Monday, 17-Aug-2020, at 8:30 am EDT. I look forward to seeing you there!
