When I started Morning Calm, I had no idea how long I would do it or what would become of it. Morning Calm started out to ease your concern about COVID-19 back on 23-Mar-2020. Somewhere along the way it shifted to getting you ready for your day, because I started to feel that you are more comfortable with COVID-19 and needed something.

Here I am 99 Morning Calms later, and I know that Morning Calm needs to end. Tomorrow, Day 100 will be the last Morning Calm. I am a bit sad about it, but I am more excited about the endeavors that will be coming out of Morning Calm.

First, I will be doing Kick Start Your Week. Kick Start Your Week will be a weekly meditation to get you ready for your week. Like Morning Calm, Kick Start Your Week will be live on Mondays at 8:30am EDT. You do not need to be live to get the benefits, so listen whenever you can. I will also be publishing a podcast with the content from Kick Start Your Week. So, subscribe with your favorite podcast player. The first Kick Start Your Week will be on Monday, 17-Aug-2020.

Second, I will be launching Live Life with Sean. Live Life with Sean will be a show every other week talking about how I Live Life. I am going to talk about what is going on for me, how I am dealing with it, and give you some of the tools that I use to deal with my stuff. I am hoping that this will be helpful for you.

Live Life with Sean will be live on Thursday evenings at 8 pm EDT and I invite you to join live, if you can, and ask questions in the chat. Live Life with Sean will also be published as a podcast.
