Today was Morning Calm Day 100! When I started Morning Calm, I did not think about how long I would be doing it. I just knew that I had to do it. I started back on 23-Mar-2020 when the spread of COVID-19 was just taking off in North America. Now, looking back, it has been an amazing journey! I have gotten many comments from you and enjoyed every one of them! It is sad that Morning Calm is ending, but it feels like the right time. 100 also seems like a cool number of Morning Calms to put out there.

As Morning Calm ends, I am going to be starting two new endeavors. First will be Kick Start Your Week, which will be a Monday morning meditation to get you ready for your week. Kick Start Your Week will be live at 8:30 am EDT, or you can watch the replay on the Kick Start Your Week playlist on YouTube at Kick Start Your Week.

Second will be Live Life with Sean, which will be a podcast every other Thursday. Live Life with Sean will be about how I Live Life. I am going to be talking about how I am facing my challenges, what practices I have in my life, what things are going on in my life, and maybe even talk about how I am feeling. I will be recording Live Life with Sean live at 8 pm EDT and I encourage you to ask questions via a chat. Once I get the first show recorded, I will have the podcast available on all the usual podcast platforms. Live Life with Sean will also be available on a YouTube playlist at Live Life with Sean.

I am thankful and grateful for all of you. Getting Morning Calm to Day 100 has been a wonderful journey and I am looking forward to the new shows that I will be putting together and seeing where they will take us!
